REGISTERED WITH THE SACPVP
Our professional Valuers are registered with the South African Council for the Property Valuers Profession (SACPVP) and accredited by the South African Institute for Valuers (SAIV).
Our network of Valuers are based in key towns throughout the Western Cape, Eastern Cape and KwaZulu Natal to enable us to deliver fast and efficient valuations on all types of property.
SACPVP is a statutory body established on 1 January 1983 as the South African Council for Valuers, which was replaced by the SA Council for the Property Valuers Profession established by section 2 of The Property Valuers Profession Act, 2000. As per the ‘The Property Valuation Profession Act, 2000’, all practising Valuers must be registered with the SACPVP. Proco Valuers employs only Valuers registered with the SACPVP.
The South African Institute for Valuers (SAIV) is a voluntary Body which assists Valuers in keeping abreast with current valuation methodology, enhancing their knowledge, expanding their own professional networks and sharing knowledge with like-minded professionals. Proco Valuers has opted to be part of The South African Institute for Valuers (SAIV) and all our Valuers regularly attend the seminars and workshops hosted by the organisation.
